Legal Documentation

Governance starts with transparency

Complete documentation of our terms, privacy practices, and security posture. We hold ourselves to the same accountability standard we build into our platform.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Rebel7 AI Governance Engine ("Service") provided by Rebel7 ("Company", "we").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of the Service

The Service provides an AI governance infrastructure platform covering risk scoring, policy enforcement, audit trails, and regulatory evidence generation. All decisions produced by the engine include complete reasoning traces and audit-ready logs.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (c) use the Service to make decisions in domains for which it has not been configured and validated.

5. Decision Accountability

While the engine provides governance decisions with full explainability, final accountability for decisions made using the Service remains with the implementing organization. The engine is a decision-support and decision-execution tool, not a substitute for institutional governance structures.

6. Service Level Agreement

Enterprise and Sovereign plan customers receive specific SLA commitments as defined in their service agreements. Core plan customers receive commercially reasonable uptime targets.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-Service notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
